Almost a full month smoke free

I have a vape for the psychological habit but my physical cravings are almost gone

The vape does have nicotine but it’s temporary. But something else isn’t

You can get ones with THC that’s less additive than the nicotine from experience anyway.

Weed in moderation is fine. It’s legal here

Everyone is looking for dopamine in one form or another that is not going to change. I thought about this earlier aren’t we all motivated by pleasure in its many forms. I admit I like the dopamine from pot as well as from forums. But I do agree that there’s consequences for carelessness.

I would like for you to have a healthy relationship with the people in your real life not just someone you met on forums
